Dr. Bianca Ho
Chief Education Planning Officer, Britannia Sage Oxbridge School
Dr. Bianca Ho is a Chartered Counseling Psychologist in the UK, a Registered Psychotherapist, and a Registered Counseling Psychologist in Hong Kong. She is a senior lecturer, clinical supervisor, and practicing consultant psychologist with her own private clinic.
Dr. Ho completed her postgraduate training in counseling psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), gaining extensive clinical experience at a community counseling and assessment center and a child clinic affiliated with Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources. She is also a certified parent educator for evidence-based Early Childhood Parenting Programmes.
Since returning to Hong Kong in 2008, she has taught counseling and psychology at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, while supervising clinical training and providing professional services to both private and NGO sectors. She earned her Doctorate in Educational Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014.
In 2016, she obtained certification in Newborn Behavioural Observation (NBO), becoming one of the few practitioners in Hong Kong to apply this method to early family psychological support. She is regularly invited to deliver lectures and workshops for schools, corporations, and government agencies, and serves as advisor for parent education programmes, with a particular focus on infant bonding and breastfeeding peer support.
Dr. Ho specializes in child and family mental health, emphasizing that many behavioral challenges arise from early misunderstandings in parent–child relationships. Her clinical work demonstrates that listening, understanding, and acceptance are key to unlocking family awareness and transformation—leading to improved emotional regulation, psychological recovery, and stronger interpersonal bonds.
She provides comprehensive psychotherapy, parental counseling, workshops, and newborn family support, addressing issues from parent–child and couple relationships to perinatal mental health. Her integrative approach draws on multiple disciplines to address root causes and promote both relational well-being and personal growth.
Outside of her professional practice, Dr. Ho is a mother of four, balancing career and family while embracing lifelong learning. She is committed to empowering individuals and families with kindness and expertise, contributing to healthier and more harmonious communities.
